Laurent Coldre
Innovation Director, OTIS
Laurent Coldre, has one bachelor of science in non organic and non metallic materials and another one in Physics and measures. Always interested by other disciplines, he was also graduated in Law. Finally he obtained a Msc in advanced mechanics.
His first job in Micro-electronics Research and Development revealed him its own abilities and expectations: customized offers to make the difference and develop expertise. This is the starting point of his strong interest for UX & CX to challenge and beat big competitors by acting better and faster. He joined the Automotive industry and a major OEM few years after. The cultural change was impressive: inertia, processes, all kind of management and control were so…present. With the sponsorship of one leader, Laurent was allowed to do things “differently”, and finally developed complete systems such as the Electric Car concepts for Total (Frankfort 2011 and Paris 2012 WW motor shows ).
At the same time he was leading projects as Senior Innovation Manager, he developed skills in UX & CX insights using self-education and books. Always looking for more, he developed several tools based upon Design Thinking methodologies, and understood that federating experts around a common ambition was a success factor, but not sufficient. The approach itself is the key. He joined Otis in 2015 as Innovation Lab Manager after testing his methods in a real situation through its own business with success. He is now responsible for the EMEA Innovation Hub under the Innovation And Research WW Organization of Otis-CCS. Making the link between Design and Industrial Approaches, the team develops models using design and cognitive sciences accordingly to a business transformation ambition.

Delphine Gauthier
Chief Experience Officer
Delphine graduated from the business school Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). For 15 years, she has worked for MAIF and has held several positions including Human Resources Manager or Team manager in charge of leading the « Vie militante” service. This career path has always revolved around the concept of customer service and therefore led her to join the Digital Direction team as CXO (Chief Experience Officer) in July 2018.
She is now responsible for a cross-functional team. She also has to develop a new approach to the User Experience within the company for it to become a systematic paradigm in all processes, tools and procedures no matter who the final user is (internal / external). This results in the adaptation to the logic of an Experience Company, the support of business contacts and the spreading of skills and tools for an exceptional experience.
She is also at the origin of designing the User Experience target and strategic KPIs to measure the impact of the User Experience and to make of it a pillar of MAIF’s strategy.
By bringing designers into the organization, she aims at boosting the internal cultural transformation linked to the approach of the User Experience and she develops both the upskilling and reskilling processes in order to fully integrate the User Centric logic.
